Miso soup is a traditional dish from the Land of the Rising Sun. A broth made from fermented soy bean paste. Only wakame seaweed and tofu cheese are added as additional ingredients to traditional misosiru. Mushrooms, eggs, noodles, fish, or seafood can be used in addition to traditional ingredients.
