Steamed pigodi or Korean pastries are delicious! I'm from Kazakhstan, and I know about this dish firsthand, I had a lot of Korean friends.
It's very simple to make pigodi, the method of cooking something like manty, but the dough used for pigodi is different. Yeast is added to the dough and it becomes airy, tender and white.
Minced meat or minced meat (pork and beef), white cabbage, radish, onion, garlic and spices are used as a filling. Served with soy sauce.
I make no claims to the recipe's accuracy, maybe someone cooks it more correctly, but this recipe was shared with me by my mother-in-law, and I made it exactly this way, not otherwise, to please my husband))
