This recipe came out little by little. I like to mashed potato potatoes for my son without salt and spices, and to give myself what I need for a few days ahead, so I started adding it on "extra space" a few potatoes for myself. And I finished them in a bowl to taste. After a while I started to cook potatoes quite often according to this recipe.
If you, like me, like soy sauce, try it. It might work for you too.
